I recorded this on live TV with my PVR The music caught my attention, very new age.. Kind of unusual for this channel to be playing. Lots of close ups of the building are being shown when all of a sudden an alien voice comes on over the music!! Victoria ranks second in the world next to Geneve for secret occult society, I wouldn't be surprised if on this day; they broadcast a message to followers, or some secret relay message- who knows!
