Every boy loves a good alien and wants to venture into outer space. Why not throw an alien party for him and his friends. Whether they love Star Trek, Star Wars or the average space alien experience an alien party just may be a perfect fit.
Start off with a great alien themed menu. Have a cake made to look like a spaceship and serve Asteroid Apples, Tazer Tacos, and Lightspeed Lemonade.
Allow each space crusader to create his or her own taco at the alien party. Make sure to have 2 lbs ground beef, 1 teaspoon Salt, 2 tablespoons Chili powder, 2 tablespoons Paprika, 1 teaspoon Cumin, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder or 2 cloves, 1/2 diced Bell pepper, 1/2 diced medium Onion, 12 corn tortillas. In 2 quart sauce pan add ground beef, salt, chili powder, garlic, cumin, paprika, enough water to cover meat. Bring to a boil. Simmer mixture over medium low heat about an hour. Then add 1/2 medium chopped onion, 1/2 medium chopped bell pepper. Continue cooking 20 or 30 more minutes. For soft beef tacos: Heat oil in skillet. Having corn tortillas? Just cook one at a time, in hot oil until soft, about 10 to 15 seconds; drain. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of the beef taco meat in center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla over meat; or roll up like an enchilada.
Beam up the goods times at an alien party by serving this menu. Friend, or foe, the Martians and their hunters will make come together over this fun feast. Just make sure they don't park their space ship on the grass.
